Devotion 1 of 2: Prov 20
V.18 can be applied to the endtime: “Plans are established by counsel; by wise counsel wage war.” In the LD, there will be war between God and Satan, Christ and AC, the church and the False Prophet. We need to fight with wise counsel, which makes plans and hides them in the Bible so God’s people will find them!
God wants His people to find His endtime plans with which we will defeat AC’s persecutions over and over again and also with which He will bring about global revival (Rev 7:9-14)! Let’s not fight foolishly but wisely!

18節は終末に適用できるのである：「計画は助言によって確かなものとなり、戦いは賢明な助言によってせよ。」終わりの日には、神とサタン、キリストと反キ、教会と偽預言者との間に戦いが起こる。私たちは、賢明な（知恵ある）助言によって確かなものとされた計画によって戦うべきである。そのご計画は聖書の中に隠されているので、見いださなければならないのである。
神は、教会が終末の計画を見いだすことを望んでおられる。何故なら、そのご計画によって、教会は反キの迫害に繰り返し勝利し、さらに世界規模のリバイバルをもたらすからである（黙7:9-14）。愚かに戦うのではなく、知恵を持って戦おう。
Devotion 2 of 2: Luke 7
After John the Baptist was arrested, his disciples were confused and asked Jesus if He was really the Messiah or not? Jesus gives them an answer that has significance for the endtime: “Blessed is he who is not offended in Me” (v.18-23).
In the endtime, AC will persecute and arrest Christians. Some will escape miraculously and some will be martyred, like Peter and James in Acts 11! Let’s have faith like Paul, “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain!” (Phili 1:21) and not stumble!

バプテスマのヨハネは捕らえられた後、弟子たちは混乱し、イエスが本当にメシアなのかどうかを尋ねた。するとイエスは、終わりの日にも重要な意味を持つ答えを与えられた。「だれでも、わたしにつまずかない者は幸いである」（18～23節）。
終わりの日には、反キがクリスチャンを迫害し、捕らえるようになる。使徒12章のヤコブとペテロのように、ある者は殉教し、ある者は奇跡的に救い出される。しかし、私たちはパウロのような信仰を持ちたい。「私にとって生きることはキリスト、死ぬことは益です」（ピリピ1:21）。そして、どのような状況にあっても、イエスにつまずかない者となろう。
