Devotion 1 of 2: Deut 6
In v.6-8, God tells Israel to put God’s Word in their hearts. To help them do that, he told them to bind his Word to their hands and foreheads and write them on their doors and gates! We do we do this same thing today by putting God’s Word on poster cards, photos, picture frames, clothes, bracelets, necklaces, brochures, hats, posters, billboards, etc. The purpose is to remember and obey God’s Word!

Devotion 2 of 2: Mark 6
One spiritual lesson in the story of the feeding of the 5,000 is that there were 2 ways of meeting the need of hunger: the natural way, which was costly, and the supernatural way! The disciples picked the natural way, but Jesus chose the supernatural way, which was better! Another lesson was that despite the small amount of 5 loaves and 2 fish, Jesus could use it to meet a great need! Although the church in Japan is small, Jesus can use us to meet the needs of tens of millions of souls in Japan!
