Devotion 1 of 2: Ex 23
V.1 says, “You shall not circulate a false report.” This principle is so important in running a nation. But in the world today, there are so many national leaders that use lies to deceive their people. The world is facing a growing war now in the ME that is based on lies. Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and most nations don’t believe the lies!
How will this all work out to bring about the LDR? I don’t know, but I worry the Iran-USA war may escalate to somehow bring the world into the tribulation period. And that would mean the LDR! So, let’s pray for God to lead!

1節には「偽りのうわさを言いふらしてはならない」とあります。この原則は国家運営において非常に重要です。しかし、現代社会では、国民を欺くために嘘を用いる国家指導者が数多く存在します。中東では、嘘に基づいた戦争が激化しています。しかし、ヨーロッパ、カナダ、オーストラリア、日本をはじめとする多くの国々は、その嘘を信じていないことに感謝します。
こうした状況がどのように終末リバイバルをもたらすかは分かりませんが、イランとアメリカの戦争がエスカレートし、何らかの形で世界を患難時代へと導くと心配しています。しかし、それは終末リバイバルも意味するので、神の導きを祈りましょう。

Devotion 2 of 2: Ex 24
Before Moses received the 10 Commandments on Mt. Sinai, he gathered Israel together. The people all cried out, “All the words which the Lord has said, we will do!” (v.3). I believe they were sincere and really wanted to, and thought they could, obey God completely. But alas, their obedience crumbled quickly, and they worshiped an idol!
Out of the 2-3M people there that day, only 2, Joshua and Caleb, made it into the Promised Land! Why did so many fail? What was different about Joshua and Caleb? Let’s make that our goal to learn in our devotions!

モーセがシナイ山で十戒を受ける前に、イスラエルの民を集めました。民は皆、「主の仰せられたことは、みな行います」と叫びました（3節）。彼らは心から神に従おうとし、また、できると信じていたのだと思います。しかし、悲しいことに、彼らの従順はすぐに崩れ去り、偶像を崇拝してしまったのです！
その日そこにいた200万～300万人のうち、約束の地に入れたのはヨシュアとカレブの2人だけでした！なぜこれほど多くの人が失敗したのか？ヨシュアとカレブには何が違っていたのか？今後のデボーションで、このことを学びましょう！
