Devotion 1 of 2: Hag 2
V.9 says, “‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts.” This is an inspiring prophecy that has at least 2 fulfillments. Let’s look at both of them.
The former and latter temples can refer to Solomon’s Temple and the church. Solomon’s Temple was a beautiful gold-covered building, so what the Jews built in Haggai’s day, and what King Herod built in the day of Christ could not compare to it in beauty. But what Jesus did in building a spiritual temple was even more wonderful.
The former and latter temples can also symbolize the early and last day churches. The early church was a wonderful, revival church that overcame persecution and spread the gospel all over the Roman Empire. But the last day church will be greater in glory and power as it will spread revival over the whole world! Let’s join the LDR!
デボーション1/2：ハガイ2章
9節には、「この宮のこれから後の栄光は、先のものよりまさろう。万軍の主は仰せられる。」 これは、少なくても2つの成就を持つ感動的な預言です。その2つを見てみましょう。
前の神殿と後の神殿は、ソロモンの神殿と教会を指している可能性があります。ソロモンの神殿は金で覆われた美しい建物でした。ハガイの時代にユダヤ人が建てた神殿や、キリストの時代にヘロデ王が建てた神殿は、美しさにおいてそれに比べようがありません。しかし、イエスが建てた教会という霊的な神殿はさらに素晴らしいものでした。
前の神殿と後の神殿は、初代教会と終末教会を象徴している可能性もあります。初代教会は、迫害を克服し、ローマ帝国全土に福音を広めた素晴らしいリバイバル教会でした。しかし、終末教会は、全世界にリバイバルを広げ、栄光と力においてさらに偉大なものとなるでしょう。終末リバイバルにぜひ参加しましょう！
Devotion 2 of 2: Rev 4
In the throne room of heaven, there are 4 living creatures giving glory, honor and thanks to God (v.6-11), so they were saved people in heaven. The 4 living creatures were like a lion, calf, man and flying eagle.
What do these creatures symbolize? One interpretation applies them to 4 aspects of Jesus’ character and to the 4 gospels as well! Let’s take a look at this below:
4 Creatures: Lion, Calf, Man, Eagle
Symbolic of: King of beasts, Servanthood, Perfect man, Son of God
Gospel: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John
Written for: Jews, Romans, Greeks, Mankind
Application: King of the Jews, Obedience & Useful, Wisdom & Knowledge, From heaven reach all people
Lesson: Christians should look like and behave like Jesus! Let’s make that our goal!

天の玉座の間には、神に栄光と誉れと感謝を捧げる4つの生き物がいます（6-11節）。つまり、彼らは天にいる救われた人々を象徴しています。4つの生き物は、獅子、雄牛、人間、そして空飛ぶ鷲のようでした。
これらの生き物は何を象徴しているのでしょうか？ある解釈では、イエスの性格の4つの側面と4つの福音書に当てはめています。下に簡単に書いてみましょう。
4つの生き物：獅子、雄牛、人間、鷲
象徴：百獣の王、しもべ、完全な人、神の子
福音書：マタイ、マルコ、ルカ、ヨハネ
対象：ユダヤ人、ローマ人、ギリシャ人、人類
応用：ユダヤ人の王、従順と有用、知恵と知識、天からすべての人に届く
教訓：クリスチャンはイエスのように似て、イエスのよう行動すべきです！これを私たちの目標にしましょう！
