Devotion 1 of 2: Zeph 1
Zephaniah lived in Judah in the 6th century BC, before Babylon conquered Judah in 586 BC. In this chapter Zephaniah is warning Judah that God would destroy everything in the land (v.2) and would cut off the Jews from the land (v.3). This happened when Judah was defeated and taken captive to Babylon.
Endtime application: In this chapter, Babylon symbolizes AC, and Judah, the lukewarm, compromising church. God said He would consume Judah because even her priests were worshiping Baal idols (v.3-4). The lukewarm church will suffer the same fate as AC (Rev 14:9-11) because even her pastors will worship AC’s image!
This prophetic picture of the last days shows us what will happen to those who bow down to AC’s image! Let’s love our fellow Christians and, if possible, warn them that they will face AC in the endtime!

ゼパニヤは紀元前6世紀、バビロンが紀元前586年にユダを征服する前の時代にユダに住んでいました。この章でゼパニヤはユダに対し、神がその地のすべてを取り除き（2節）、ユダヤ人をその地から断ち滅ぼす（3節）と警告しています。これはユダが敗北し、バビロンに捕囚された時に起こりました。
終末への適用：この章でバビロンは反キを象徴し、ユダは生ぬるく妥協的な教会を象徴しています。神は、ユダの祭司たちでさえバアルの偶像を崇拝していたため、ユダを滅ぼすと言われました（3-4節）。生ぬるい教会は反キと同じ運命を辿ります（黙14:9-11）。なぜなら、その牧師たちでさえ反キの像を崇拝するからです！
この終わりの日の預言的な描写は、反キの像にひれ伏す人々に何が起こるかを示しています。仲間のクリスチャンを愛し、可能であれば、終末に彼らが反キが現れる前に携挙されるのではなく、直面することを警告しましょう！
Devotion 2 of 2: 2 Tim 4
V.6-8 indicates that Paul was nearing his death. V.1-5 show his last words to Timothy. He warned about the endtimes, saying believers will not endure sound doctrine but will gather teachers according to what they desire! They will turn from truth to fables! But Timothy should endure afflictions and fulfill his ministry!
I believe through the revelation of the Holy Spirit, Paul is warning us about the pre-trib rapture teaching! Instead of being willing to endure afflictions from AC, some recent Bible teachers have formed teachings according to what they want—avoiding AC’s persecutions—and made a fable teaching called the pre-trib rapture!
Rather, I believe the Bible teaches the church will go through AC’s persecution and also world-wide revival during the 1st half of the tribulation and then be martyred and raptured in the middle of the tribulation. Let’s study the rapture more!
デボーション2/2：2テモテ4章
6-8節は、パウロの死期が近づいていたことを示します。従って、1-5節は、パウロがテモテに残した最後の言葉です。彼は終末について警告し、信者たちは健全な教えに耳を貸さないで、気ままな願いをもって、教師たちを寄せ集める時代になる、と述べています。彼らは真理から空想話にそれ行きます。しかし、テモテは困難に耐え、自分の務めを果たすべきです。
聖霊の啓示を通して、パウロは私たちに患難前携挙の教えについて警告していると私は信じます。最近の聖書教師の中には、反キからの困難に耐えるどころか、その迫害を避けたいという自分たちの都合の良いように教えを作り上げ、「患難前携挙」という空想話の教えを作り上げている人もいます。
むしろ、聖書は、教会が患難期の前半に反キの迫害と世界規模のリバイバルを経験し、患難中期に殉教し携挙されると教えていると私は信じます。終末と携挙についてもっと勉強しましょう！
