Devotion 1 of 2: Jer 2
In this chapter, God touches on some of the sins of Israel in Canaan land. They exchanged their glorious God for the idols of the heathens around them (v.11). By their sins they defiled the land and made it an abomination (v.7). The priests, scribes of the law, rulers and prophets, who were supposed to lead the people to follow God, instead didn’t know the Lord or sinned against Him and walked after unprofitable things (v.8).
Much of traditional, Mainline Christianity has followed the pattern of Judah of old. They embrace a liberal theology, not accepting the Bible literally, but seeing it as a book of ancient fables. They are like the Sadducees of Jesus’ day, who didn’t believe in miracles or the resurrection.
If we have the chance, let’s help mainline Christians to encounter Christ and have a born-again experience!

Devotion 2 of 2: Acts 2
This chapter describes the birth of the church through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in fulfillment of Joel’s prophecy. This was the result of 10 days of praying and waiting upon God for the promise of the Father. A powerful outpouring of the Spirit will occur once more in the last days, according to v.19-21 of the prophecy! And that’s why we are praying 10-11PM every day from the 1st to the 10th every month! We believe this will help to open heaven’s window for the LDR (Last Day Revival) to start!
V.43 says, “Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.” These signs confirmed that the word the disciples were preaching was true! The result was, in v.47b, “And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved!” Let’s believe this will happen in the LDR, too!
