Devotion 1 of 2: Acts 2
We can say that Joel’s prophecy has a double fulfillment because it says in the prophecy that the sun will turn to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord (v.20). According to Matt. 24:29, in the end time, the sun will turn dark and the moon to blood!

Devotion 2 of 2: Lev 2
The offering described in Lev 2 is the grain offering. One way it reveals Jesus is that it was to be made of the finest flour (v.5), just as Jesus came from heaven as the Bread of Life (John 6:35) and lived a life that glorified God!
