1) Jews didn’t keep company or visit the house of Gentiles (v.28).
2) Because God showed him through a vision not to call Gentiles unclean but to accept them (v.9-29).
3) Because they saw the Gentiles receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, just like they had (v.45).

Devotion 2 of 2: Lev 10
Two of Aaron’s priestly sons died because they offered incense which God had not commanded them to do (v.1-2)! So they offered incense by their own flesh, causing God to reject it!
How does this apply to us? Incense represents prayer and worship. Jesus taught that we should not pray to be seen by people (Matt 6:5). This should apply to our worship as well! And, furthermore, Jesus instructed not to pray using vain repetitions or many words (Matt 6:7). Let’s pray and worship from a pure heart, not to be seen by people!
