Devotion 1 of 2: Jer 29
Tue, 3/28
Jer 29 sharing: Because Jeremiah knew the captivity would last 70 years (v.10), he told the captives in Babylon by letter to build houses, plant gardens, marry and have children so that they could increase in number (v.5-6) when they return to Judah (v.14). Inexplicably, false prophets were also in Babylon, prophesying against Jeremiah (v.27-28), even though their previous prophecies didn’t come true while Jeremiah’s did (v.8-9, 5-32)! Numbers and years can prove to be very important in endtime prophecies also, to help us understand God’s plan and what we should do!

Devotion 2 of 2: Rom 1
1) Introduction would be v.1-17, and Sins of the Gentiles would be v.18-32.
2) I think we should treat LGBT people with love and respect as many of them are sincere, and there are even Christians among them. If possible, we should form churches of people struggling with LGBT lifestyle, thinking and tendencies and provide messages, group counseling, fellowship and activities geared to help them AMAP to transform to “traditional” lifestyle or to live as a celibate. I don’t think we should promote their marriage rights, but maybe recognize civil unions, but also, we shouldn’t be involved in protests, marches, etc. to fight against their movement. God hates divorce, but when people divorced, God made a responsible way for it to be done!
