Devotion 1 of 2: Acts 4
1) Priests and Sadducees (v.1) and, later on, rulers, elders and scribes (v.5) to stop the disciples from preaching about Jesus’ death and resurrection because they were the ones who wanted him crucified (v.10).
2) They commanded the disciples not to teach in the name of Jesus (v.18) and further threatened them (v.21)
3) They witnessed to their persecutors (v.8-12), and later prayed together for boldness to speak God’s Word and for healing, signs and wonders be done through Jesus’ name (v.29-30).
4) The place at which the disciples were praying was shaken and they were filled with the Holy Spirit (v.31).
5) We should not fear antichrist’s persecution but should witness then pray for boldness and for miracles!

1) 祭司とサドカイ人（1節）、そして後に指導者、長老、学者たち（5節）。彼らがイエスを十字架につけることを望んでいたので（10節）、弟子たちがイエスの死と復活について宣教するのを止めさせたかったから。

Devotion 2 of 2: Jer 4
Here is my devotions for Fri, 3/3. In Jer 4, God laments over Judah’s sinful behavior and gives a warning of an invasion from the north.
Let’s share what the Lord speaks to us from Jer 4: In v. 6, God warns Judah of great destruction from an invasion from the north. This was fulfilled in Jeremiah’s day by the invasion of Babylon in 586 BC, in which Jerusalem and the temple were destroyed and many Jews taken captive. In the endtime, this prophecy will be fulfilled by antichrist’s invasion of Israel at the Battle of Armageddon (Rev 14-19). Russia will probably be leading the attack as Moscow is almost directly north of Jerusalem and is antagonistic toward Israel. There is a possibility that Islam will be the False Prophet coordinating with Russia, as some ME nations already have strong ties with Russia, and the ME Arabic nations have lost many wars against Israel and would love to defeat and destroy her, if possible.

これは3/3(金)の私のデボーションです。エレミヤ書4章： 6節で、神はユダに北からの侵略による大きな破壊を警告している。これはエレミヤの時代、紀元前586年のバビロンの侵攻によって成就し、エルサレムと神殿は破壊され、多くのユダヤ人が捕虜となった。終末の時代には、ハルマゲドンの戦いで反キリストがイスラエルを侵略することによって、この預言が成就する（黙示録14-19）。モスクワはエルサレムのほぼ真北に位置し、イスラエルと敵対しているため、おそらくロシアが攻撃を指揮することになるだろう。また、中東アラブ諸国はイスラエルとの戦争に何度も敗れており、できればイスラエルを倒して滅ぼしたいと考えているため、イスラムがロシアと連携する偽預言者となる可能性もある。
