Devotion 1 of 2: 2 Pet 1

Rom 6:14 For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. Also, Mark 16:17, 18 These signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons…they will place their hands of sick people, and they will get well.

Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 75

Kaji spoke about the feasts of Israel being appointed festivals (Lev 23:2). God had appointed the times when the feasts should be celebrated. We can see an example of this by looking at the 1st feast, Passover. Passover took place in Ex 12 when the Jews were delivered out of Egypt. They had been crying out for deliverance for a long time. Why did Passover/deliverance happen at that time? According to Gen 15:16, it was because it took 4 generations, or 400 years, for the sins of the Amorites living in Canaan to finally reach its full measure. In other words, for their sins to become so evil that God could drive them out and give Israel the land!
