Devotion 1 of 2: 1 Pet 5
Verses 8-9 apply to our battle against Satan and antichrist! And v.10-11 are restoration verses with the message of God’s glorious calling to us, which will be fulfilled after we suffer under antichrist’s persecution, and God restores us and makes us strong!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 74
In applying this psalm to the LDC, v.3-8 appear to be warning that antichrist will destroy and burn down church buildings and other Christian facilities in order to crush and annihilate us! This is what Russia is doing to Ukraine and will do to Israel in the future! So we should prepare ourselves for this kind of persecution so we will not succumb, but overcome! How? By confessing who our God is and what he has done for us (v.12-17)!
