Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 58
V.3 says, “The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies.” This verse shows that we have a sin nature at birth. It is planted in every human being, and that’s why we all do bad things. The only solution is to repent of our sins and ask for forgiveness from Jesus, the only One who can help us!
V.4a says, “Their poison is like the poison of a serpent…” Satan appeared as a serpent in the Garden of Eden and poisoned mankind by causing man to sin. Let’s share with AMAP that Jesus alone can cleanse our sins!

3節には、「悪者どもは、母の胎を出たときから、踏み迷い、偽りを言う者どもは生まれたときからさまよっている」とある。この節は、私たちが生まれた時から罪の性質を持っていると言っている。それはすべての人に植えられており、それゆえに私たちは皆、悪事を行う。唯一の解決策は、罪を悔い改め、私たちを救うことのできる唯一のお方、イエスに赦しを求めることである。
4a節には、「彼らは蛇の毒のような毒を持ち……」とある。サタンはエデンの園で蛇として現れ、人に罪を犯させることによって人類を毒した。できるだけ多くの人に、イエスだけが私たちの罪を聖めることができることを分かち合おう。
Devotion 2 of 2: Eph 4
V.11-16 are some of the most amazing Scriptures concerning the goal God has in restoring the church. 1st, He is restoring the genuine 5-fold ministry, and then through them God is rebuilding the church into one united in faith, into a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ! What a great church it will be!
And the way the church will grow and expand will be by the whole body joined together with every part effectively working to do its share, causing the whole body to grow! Let’s aim to be this kind of church!

11–16節は、神が教会を回復されるという目標に関する、最も素晴らしい聖句の一部である。第一に、神は真の「五役者」を回復しておられ、そしてそれらの働きを通して、神は教会を、信仰の一致、全き人、キリストの満ち満ちた身丈にまで建て上げておられる。なんと偉大な教会となることだろう。
そして、教会が成長し拡張していく方法は、全身が一つに組み合わされ、各部分がそれぞれの分に応じて効果的に働くことによって、体全体を成長させることである。私たちはこのような教会を目指そうではないか。
