Devotion 1 of 2: Job 18
From chapter 3, Job and his 3 friends are having an argument. In v.2, Bildad expresses what many people feel in arguments: “How long till you put an end to words? Gain understanding, and afterward we will speak.”
Needless to say, with Bildad’s way of thinking, the argument will not end; it will only continue on. Rather, a better way of thinking would be: “Let’s listen to each other to understand what we’re saying. Only then can we find a solution.” Let’s ask God for wisdom to solve arguments!
2/10（火）ヨブ18章（デボーション1）
3章以後、ヨブと3人の友人が口論をしています。2節でビルダドは、多くの人が口論の際に感じることをこう表現しています。「いつ、あなたがたはその話にけりをつけるのか。まず悟れ。それから私たちは語り合おう。」
言うまでもなく、ビルダドの考え方では、口論は終わることなく、延々と続くだけです。むしろ、「互いに耳を傾け、何を言っているのか理解しよう。そうすれば、初めて解決策が見つかる。」という考え方の方がよいではないでしょうか。口論を解決するための知恵を神に求めましょう。

Devotion 2 of 2: Matt 14
In v.1-12, we read about John the Baptist’s beheading. John was the 1st fulfillment of the Mal 4:5 prophecy that Elijah would come before Christ. That prophecy will be fulfilled once more through the LDC before Christ’s 2nd coming.
Elijah and Moses are the 2 witnesses in Rev 11, but they won’t be 2 individuals; they’ll be the church because Rev 11:7 says AC will kill the 2 witnesses, and Rev 13:7 says AC will kill the saints! So, the 2 witnesses and saints (LDC) are the same! And, like John, many of them will be beheaded by AC (Rev 20:4)! Let’s be prepared to die as martyrs for Christ!
2/11（水）マタイ14章（デボーション2）
1-12節では、バプテスマのヨハネの斬首について書かれています。ヨハネは、エリヤがキリストの前に来るというマラキ4:5の預言の最初の成就でした。この預言は、キリストの再臨の前に、終末教会を通して再び成就します。
エリヤとモーセは黙11章に登場する二人の証人ですが、二人の個人ではなく、教会です。黙11:7には、反キが二人の証人を殺すとあり、黙13:7には、反キが聖徒たちを殺すとあるからです。つまり、二人の証人と聖徒たち（終末教会）は同じなのです！そして、ヨハネのように、彼らの多くが反キによって斬首されるのです（黙20:4）。キリストのために殉教する覚悟を持ちましょう！
