Devotion 1 of 2: Ps 11
I think v.6, which mentions how the wicked will be punished by fiery coals, burning sulfur and scorching winds, is a prophecy of the last half of the tribulation period in the end time because 1/3 of mankind will be killed by fire, smoke and brimstone from horses of an army of 200M (Rev 9:16-18)!

Devotion 2 of 2: Ps 12
I think after his son Absalom rebelled against him and tried to take his throne (2 Sam 15:10), David felt what he wrote in v.1 because many people whom David thought were faithful and loyal betrayed him, beginning with Absalom and including Ahithophel, David’s counselor (2 Sam 15:12).
