Devotion 1 of 2: Jer 27
God calls Nebuchadnezzar His servant for the 2nd time in v.6. In v.8-11, He says the nations that will not serve Nebuchadnezzar will be consumed by sword, famine and pestilence. So, don’t believe the prophets who say you won’t serve Babylon! But those who serve will eventually dwell in the land.
Endtime application: To serve Nebuchadnezzar means to understand and accept God’s purpose for AC that by persecuting us, he will shake out lukewarmness and cause the church to become pure and genuine! Therefore, AC will be God’s will and will work as God’s servant!
To not serve Nebuchadnezzar means to not realize God’s purpose for allowing the church to face AC, and thus, try to avoid AC by pretrib rapture teachings, etc., which will lead many (not all!) to compromise when AC persecutes them. Sadly, many will take the mark and worship the image of AC and will die spiritually!

神は6節でネブカデネザルを2度目にしもべと呼んでいます。8-11節では、ネブカデネザルに仕えない国々は剣と飢饉と疫病で滅ぼされると言っています。ですから、バビロンに仕えないと言う預言者を信じてはいけません。しかし、仕える者は最終的にその地に住むでしょう。

Devotion 2 of 2: Acts 27
During Paul’s voyage to Rome, we see how his authority became highly respected, so that although his advice was ignored at the beginning (v.9-11), at the end, his words saved all on board the ship and were recognized as words that had a lot of authority (v.21-26, 31-36, 42-44)!
I believe the last truth to be restored to the church will be spiritual authority. This is evidenced by the fire from the mouths of the 2 witnesses of Rev 11, who represent the LDC. With the fire, the 2 witnesses will destroy their enemies (Rev 11:5).
They will also be able to stop rain and strike the earth with various plagues (11:6), which is the kind of authority that Moses and Elijah used to save Israel from Egypt and Baal worship! This is the kind of authority God wants to restore to the church to oppose AC worship and save our countrymen from Satan! Let’s believe and seek that authority!
