Paul appealed to go before Caesar because the Jews wanted him to be brought to Jerusalem to be tried there (v.3). If Paul hadn’t appealed to Caesar, he would’ve been taken to Jerusalem and killed in an ambush (v.3).

One blessing of the Year of Jubilee was the owners of family property could have it returned to them (v.10)! This meant the debt that caused them to give up their land was considered fully paid, and they were debt-free! The significance of the YOJ beginning on 7/10 was it coincided with the Day of Atonement, which is the next great revival that God will restore, meaning that revival will also include the blessings of the YOJ!
